Lovna

Medical disclaimer

Last updated 2026-10-12

Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medication dosing guidance. Consult your doctor before starting, adjusting or stopping any medication.

Not a medical service

Lovna is a habit-tracking and information program. It is not a medical service or a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never says anything about medication amounts or timing. Your doctor decides everything about your medication.

Who Lovna is not for

Daily weighing is not right for everyone. If it makes you anxious or low, stop and talk to your doctor.

What an alert means

An alert means a pattern showed up in your own numbers, for example three days above your range. It is not a diagnosis. If something worries you, talking to a healthcare professional may help.

Where the typical range comes from

From published trials of people who stopped these medications: the STEP-1 trial extension (Wilding et al., Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism 2022, doi.org/10.1111/dom.14725) and the placebo group of SURMOUNT-4 (Aronne et al., JAMA 2024, doi.org/10.1001/jama.2023.24945). The drug makers funded these trials. The range describes what commonly happened to other people. It is not a prediction about you.

The Sunday summary

It is drafted by an AI model and checked by fixed rules, and it can still be wrong. Do not use it for medical decisions.
