Who runs Lovna
Lovna is a free, non-commercial project run by a private individual. You can reach the person who runs it at hello@lovna.day. By ticking the box at signup you agree to these terms.
What Lovna is, and what it is not
Lovna is a habit-tracking and information program. For 90 days it sends you a morning email with a link to log your weight, hunger, protein and training, shows your weight against a typical range from published trials, and sends a summary every Sunday.
Lovna is not a medical service or a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or advise on any condition, and it never says anything about your medication. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medication dosing guidance. Consult your doctor before starting, adjusting or stopping any medication. The Medical disclaimer explains more.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Lovna is not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, has a current or past eating disorder, or takes a GLP-1 medication for type 2 diabetes. If daily weighing makes you anxious or unwell, stop using Lovna and talk to your doctor.
The typical range
The range comes from published clinical trials of people who stopped these medications, scaled to the weight you entered. It describes what happened to other people. It is not a prediction about you.
The Sunday summary
The summary is drafted by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from your numbers and checked by fixed rules before it is sent. It can still contain mistakes. Do not rely on its facts without checking them, and never use it for medical decisions.
Using Lovna fairly
Use your own email address and enter your own numbers. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the service or other people's accounts.
Free, and as it is
Lovna is free. It is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors. The first group is limited to 100 people; after that there is a waitlist. The project may change or end. If it ends while you are in the program, you get an email first.
Your account and your data
You can stop the emails or delete your account and all your data at any time, from the links in every email or from Settings. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the person who runs Lovna is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or for gross negligence, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, you get an email before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
Law
If you use Lovna as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
