You stopped the shot.
Now what?

Lovna is a free 90-day program for the months after Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound. A 30-second check-in each morning, your weight against the typical range from the trials, and a plain summary every Sunday.

Free for the first 100 people. No app, no card. Your doctor's schedule stands.

How it works

Two minutes once, thirty seconds a morning, ninety days.

1. Tell us where you are

Two minutes, once

Your last injection date and three weights, in kg or lb: before you started, today, and where you want to hold. We never ask which drug or what dose.

2. Tap the morning link

Thirty seconds a day

An email at 08:00 with one link and no login. Weight, hunger from 1 to 5, protein target hit, and whether you trained.

3. Read Sunday's summary

Your week in plain words

What moved, where you sit against the range, and three jobs for the week ahead.

If a pattern breaks mid-week, such as three days above your range, you get one email that day with one thing to look at.

The typical range

See where you sit against the trials

Two-thirds

of the weight people had lost came back within a year of stopping, in the STEP-1 trial extension.

Lovna scales that published range to what you lost and places each morning's weight against it. It shows what commonly happened to other people. It is not a prediction about you.

A plain summary every Sunday

Written from your numbers: what moved, where you sit against the range, and three jobs for the week ahead.

It is drafted by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, from that week's numbers (never your name or email), and checked by fixed rules before it is sent: no dosing, no promises, no invented figures. It can still contain mistakes. If a draft fails the checks, you get a plainer one from a fixed template.

Sample, from a test account

THIS WEEK IN NUMBERS

You logged all 7 days. Average weight was 88.6, down from 88.8 the week before. Average hunger was 2.3. Protein hit on 6 of 7 days. You trained 4 days.

YOUR THREE JOBS THIS WEEK

Protein slipped once, on the 7th. Treat that as the day to study, not the day to dismiss.
Weigh in before breakfast, at the same time each day.
Pick one more training day and name it in advance.

ONE LINE TO REMEMBER

Your doctor's schedule stands.

Your doctor decides. Your data stays yours.

What Lovna never does

Says anything about medication amounts or timing, or whether to stop, skip or restart.
Promises the weight stays off. Nobody can, and we do not.
Tells you why your weight moved. It shows the number and where it sits; you and your doctor decide why.

Where your data goes

Your check-ins are stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Sign-in and email run on Google's servers.
Each Sunday, that week's numbers go to Anthropic in the US to draft your summary, without your name or email.
Nothing is sold or used for ads. Everything is deleted 30 days after day 90 unless you choose to keep it, and you can delete it all yourself in one click.

Questions before you start

Anything else: hello@lovna.day reaches the person who runs Lovna.

Is this medical advice?

No. Lovna is a tracking and information program, not a medical service or medical device. It never mentions medication amounts and never changes the schedule your doctor gave you. Medical disclaimer

Who is it for?

Adults who have decided with their doctor to stop a GLP-1 weight-loss medication. It is not for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, with a current or past eating disorder, or taking the medication for type 2 diabetes. A daily weigh-in is not right for everyone.

Where does the typical range come from?

From the published trials of people who stopped: the STEP-1 extension for semaglutide and the SURMOUNT-4 placebo arm for tirzepatide, scaled to what you lost. The drug makers funded those trials. The range describes what commonly happened to other people, not what happens to you.

What if I restart the medication?

That is between you and your doctor. Your check-ins keep working either way, and you can pause the emails from your account.

Who sees my numbers?

You, and the one person who runs Lovna when something needs fixing. Google and Anthropic process them only to run the service. Nothing is sold or used for ads.

Do I need to install anything?

No. One email a morning with a link that opens in your browser. Your account page holds the chart, the summaries and your settings.
