When you tick "Yes, Lovna can use my health data", this is what you are agreeing to.
What Lovna uses
- Your last injection date, or the date you plan to stop.
- Your weight before the medication, your weight now, and the weight you want to hold.
- Each morning: your weight, your hunger from 1 to 5, whether you hit your protein target, and whether you trained.
That is all. Lovna never asks which drug you took or what dose.
What it is for
- Working out your typical range and showing where you sit in it.
- Sending your morning link, and an alert or a win when a pattern shows up.
- Your Sunday summary. Once a week, that week's numbers go to Anthropic (the maker of the Claude AI model) to draft it, without your name or email.
- Keeping your history on your account page.
It is never sold, never used for ads, and never used to train AI models.
Changing your mind
Delete your account in Settings or from the link in any email, and everything goes straight away. Otherwise it is all deleted 30 days after your 90 days end, unless you choose to keep it.
